Hope you are all having a fabulous day on this lovely Valentine's Day. I am planning on making a delicious dinner, which will be Honey Dijon Salmon with yummy risotto and some type of veggies. I am also going to make Snickerdoodles cookies, as it seems to be everyone's favorite, as they are simply just yummy. So, what are you doing for your Valentine's Day? We didn't really want to go out to dinner, as it will be crazy in the restaurants, but we truly celebrate Valentine's Day every day anyway...hehe. Michael loved my card I made for him, which made me pretty happy. If you haven't seen it yet, you can check it out here.
So today, I wanted to make a card for my little Godson, Ethan. He is 2.5 years old and the cutest little thing! I have something for little kids at that age, they are just so adorable, I wish my son was that old still...hehehe. Anyway, I made this card by using this week's 2Sktetches4You sketch and also for the newest place in town called Card-iverse, which is a new launch for card makers by Scrapbook News and Review. They are having a crop this weekend and I made this for the You have no Heart challenge. Check out their crop, they are having some really awesome prizes! And here is my card.
Supplies used for this card:
Cardstock: Bazzill
Patterned Paper: October Afternoon (you can purchase them at Treasured Scrapbooking) Cuttlebug folder: Argyle
Stamp: Heidi Swapp
Ink: Stazon (I am finding the images are just so crisp with that ink)
Punches: Martha Stewart border and Stampin Up
Ribbon probably by May Arts from my stash, also brads from my stash
And at 2Sketches4You they are having an Eye Candy for Blog Candy Contest, in which you have to post your eye candy and you can win some very awesome Sakura pens, which I love!!! So, I have a few eye candies to show you. First one is little Ethan, the recipient of this card, and you'll see how cute he is.
Than, of course my son is an eye candy
And the final eye candy is my Love, Michael. I just love this man so much, he is the rock on my life in so many ways!!!
Well, that is all I have for now. This became a huge post, but I hope you enjoyed it. Have a fabulous day and thanks for visiting!
Hugs,
Eva
