Cheery Lynn Designs September Blog Hop

Hi there, welcome to our Cheery Lynn Designs Blog Hop, where our theme this month is The Gift That Keeps On Giving.  Perfect just for the holidays.

You should have arrived here from Jenny's blog, but if you didn't please hop back onto the Cheery Lynn Designs Blog so you don't miss out on any inspiration.

As I mentioned above this month our theme for the blog hop is The Gift That Keeps On Giving.  We have new dies that are the cutest gift envelopes.

To create my card I cut an A2 size card base out of mint card stock.  Next I die cut a slightly smaller piece of panel out of wood looking patterned paper and added it to my card front.  Next I die cut  an A2 Frames Rectangular Scalloped piece out of patterned paper and adhered it to my card front.  Next I die cut a Horizon Fishtail Banners out of a floral patterned paper and added it to my card.

Next I die cut the envelope out of the Shuttered Window Gift Envelope using cream card stock.  Next I cut another envelope out of pink polka dot patterned paper and lined my envelop as I put it together and adhered it to my card.  Next I die cut the little insert panel out of mint card stock, the wood shutters out of brown card stock, the flowers and butterflies out of various colors and decorated my insert which I added on top of my card front.  Finally I die cut a Hello out of black card stock and added it to my card.

Hope you like this little card and here are the dies I used to create it with:

Thank you so much for stopping by and your last stop is our Cheery Lynn Designs Blog, if you haven't checked it out yet today.  Follow through to the end of the hop and leave a comment on the Cheery Lynn Designs Blog too for a chance to win a $20 gift certificate.  Good luck to you all and enjoy the pretty eye candy in the meantime!

Hugs,
Eva

  2. Oh, that little window scene is so precious! I love the indentations on some of the dies that I've seen throughout the hop. The butterflies and flowers on your mini card have them. They just add that touch of texture! Great job on this wonderful set! Thanks for sharing!
