Cheery Lynn Designs July Blog Hop

Hi there, welcome to our Cheery Lynn Designs Blog Hop, where we are showcasing the new IOE Plates Birthday Oval Embossing Folder for July.

You should have arrived here from Jenny's blog, but if you didn't please hop back onto the Cheery Lynn Designs Blog so you don't miss out on any inspiration.

As I mentioned above this month we are showcasing the new IOE Plates Birthday Oval Embossing Folder.  These folders are fun to create with so I looked forward to playing with it.

To start out I cut out a black card base and thanI cut a smaller panel out of wood grain print paper by Authentique and embossed it using the Birthday Embossing Folder.  Next I cut a floral patterned paper smaller than the previous panel and embossed it again to show a different part of the folder.  Next I embossed a yellow card stock and cut out the oval part with the sentiment and inked it up to show the pattern.

Next I die cut Ornament #9 out of cream card stock and added them to the oval piece.  Next I die cut the Sakura Flower out of patterned paper and flowers using ChrysanthemumJudy's Blooms and Flourish #13. I built the flowers and added the to my card.  Finally I added some half pearls in some of the flower centers.

Hope you are loving the new IOE Plates Birthday Oval Embossing Folder as much as I do and here is the list of all the dies I used to create my card with:
Hope you enjoyed this card.  Thank you so much for stopping by and your last stop is our Cheery Lynn Designs Blog, if you haven't checked it out yet today.  Follow through to the end of the hop and leave a comment on the Cheery Lynn Designs Blog too for a chance to win a $20 gift certificate.  Good luck to you all and enjoy the pretty eye candy in the meantime!

Hugs,
Eva
