For the love of life: H{ippity} Hop- Happy Birthday Lisa!

Hi there....happy Ippity Hop and Monday to you! It's a special day in our little team, as it's our Lisa Arana's Birthday today, so we kind of stole the blog hop and we are all sharing birthday cards we made for her.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LISA!!!

I have to say I had SO MUCH fun creating this card. I was so inspired by our Angie's gorgeous Art Journal pages and Lesley's gorgeous chandelier layout, that I just had to make this card! (Thank you ladies for your inspiration!) Hope you can see it on my card. I pulled out my Twinkling H2O's and just painted everywhere...LOL. I used very yummy Glitz papers, and added some more paint to it, too. I used a few Ippity stamp sets to create this card, they were just perfect for the way I wanted my card to look like. Here are the sets I used:

And I took a close up pictures for you, as the colors of my crystals didn't show up on my first picture and I wanted you to see how gorgeous they are. Creative Imaginations makes these gorgeous real Swarowsky crystals. They are called appropriately the Eye Candy.

So, what do you think? I hope Lisa will enjoy this card as much as I enjoyed making it. This past weekend I decided to sign up for Christy Tomlinson's SheArt worskhop that is going to start again on April 11th. I used to LOVE mixed media, and God knows took a lot of classes years ago with my sweet friend, Jackie, and I am trying to refresh some of my techniques and just really to get into it again, so after seeing Angie's creations from the workshop I had to take the plunge and go for it. I am trying to convince my friends to take the workshop with me. So, my friends, any takers?? Anyone would like to join me?? I think it will be so much fun and you can use all your stamps and so much more! Ok, that is all about that....hehehe By the way, I wasn't paid to make this announcement, I paid for my own class...LOL
