JustRite Papercrafts: Fern And Butterflies

Hi again, I am back with day 2 of JustRite Papercrafts May Release!  Today I have two projects to share with you, since I love both stamp sets so much that I just had to create more than one.

My first project is a tag and it was inspired by Tim Holtz April tag, sort of...LOL.  I used our newest Fern Cling stamp set and Butterflies Cling stamp sets.

Before I started anything using Spellbinders Butterfly Expandables I embossed my card, didn't cut it, just embossed it and went over the raised images with distress inks.

Than I clear embossed my Fern stamp onto the tag and distressed it with Ranger Distress inks.  Next I stamped the Fern stamp on to white card stock and cut it out.  And I created a gorgeous rose using create-a-rose-dies.  It took a very long time, however as you can see it turned out quite beautiful.  I cut it out of patterned paper and sprayed it with Tattered Angels sprays.

I layered my fern underneath the rose, but before that I die cut from patterned paper using Spellbinders Fancy Lattice Expandables.

I also stamped the butterfly from the Butterflies stamp set onto patterned paper and cut it out.  Added it to my tag and also added black bling to my tag by Creative Imaginations.  As a final touch I added  Tim Holtz ticket stub and stamped my sentiment on it.  You can see all the pretty dimensions on this picture.

My next card was created with the Butterflies stamps and I used Prima patterned papers with it.

I stamped my butterflies on the patterned paper and cut them all out and layered them on to the black patterned paper with a little pearl in the middle of them. My pretty doily border is by Cherry Lynn Crafts.

I stamped my sentiment onto Vintage Labels Seven dies. and added Spellbinders Foliage Two flourishes and Petaloo flowers.  I also added pretty pearl swirls by Prima and my pretty ribbon is by May Arts.
