JustRite Papercrafts: Rose Postcard Background Stamp

Hi there, so glad you came back for another fun day of JustRite Papercrafts February Release!

Today I have a super fun project created with a one of our newest background stamp called Rose Postcard Background Stamp. It's a gorgeous stamp to color and play with and I sure did. I create a little box.

A couple of years ago I used to teach with Twinkling H2O's and I decided to pull them out. The box I altered is also by Creative Imaginations and so is the patterned paper I used. I stamped my image with black ink onto Creative Imaginations Canvas paper and painted my image with Twinkling H2O's.

I covered my box top with the patterned paper and I painted the sides with more Twinkling H2O's. Once my canvas dried I adhered it to the top of the box and added a little seam binding ribbon bow. Finally I added three little buttons with twine put through them to the front flap of the box.

Hope you like this decorative box. I love that it doesn't always have to be a card, but it can be something more creative. I think this would make a pretty cool gift to someone.
