Samantha Walker October Creative Team Blog Hop!

Hi there, today is our October Samantha Walker Creative Team Blog Hop! This month our design team is hopping with Halloween theme.  How fun is that?  With Halloween almost here we sure hope to inspire you with this month's blog hop.

For my card I choose to work with Samantha's Silhouette cutting files called jack o lantern cameo frame and the Boo came from the "Halloween" Word set file.  Now the cool thing you have seen from some of my design team mates is that we have been using Samantha's Carta Bella Paris Girl papers, which you would think is so not Halloween, but the black and white papers are perfect for any occasion really or can be altered like I did.  I just went over it with Crushed Olive Distress inks.

My pretty lace border is also by Samantha, from her Spellbinders Antique Frame and Accents die set.

My flowers are by Petaloo, the large one is from the Color Me Crazy line which I painted in with Twinkling H2O's and the smaller one is from their Darjeeling line.  Also my background started out as white card stock, which I embossed with a Sizzix embossing folder, which I distressed with Ranger inks, Peacock Feathers and Rusty Hinge.  Sure hope you like this card.

We also have an amazing giveaway this month!

Samantha's JustRite Papercrafts Ooh La La French Frills stamp set!
