Scrap-mart - Be true to you

Hi there, happy Tuesday!  It's still Tuesday after all....LOL.  I am posting late, but I wanted to share another fun art journal page I did using Dylusions Ink Sprays.  They are back in stock at Scrap-mart again, so make sure you check them out, especially if you like art journaling, or mixed media of any kind.

Once again, I used some fun Crafters Workshop stencils and Tim Holtz's Mixed Media Background stamps on this page.  The other product I used on this is the black Neocolor II, which is a must in my book, literally.  I just love how it pops everything, don't you?

I also used an older but still very beautiful Unity Stamp called Lovely Lilacs. Love the chicken wire look on it.  And it mixes so nicely with Tim's honey comb background stamp....well, at least in my book...LOL

My friend Alice (thanks girlie!!!!) just sent me these photos she took with her phone as I worked on this page and a few others, and I thought it would be fun to share here.  First up is a really cool picture showing how inky my hands got while I was working on this...and how cool is the way the sun was peaking in through the shades....LOL.

And this picture shows a true crafters table, don't you think???  LOL.....  Oh and believe me the rest of the table was just as packed...LOL.  Why do you think I don't show you my desk like EVER...LOL  You can see some Dylusions stamps, which are Alice's and since we need coffee as we work, you can see my Coffeemate hanging around, don't know why it took a spot light in that picture....LOL...don't ask.  All I can tell you is that this was an all day crop and I don't do sugar any more, so I carry my sugar free Coffeemate where I go...LOL

Well, hope you enjoy this art journal page and get inspired to get inky and stampy...

Hugs,

Great photos - I like the lighter/white smudges on the edge of the hearts -- adds a nice depth.
