Today is my sweet friend Jackie's Birthday, so I wanted to share a card I made for her. She has been my friend for the past 8 years and we certainly have gone through a lot, we had lots of good times shared together (boy, do we have some fun memories and lots of laughter shared) and some very dark times as well (lots of tears cried on each others shoulders). She is one of those friends you will never ever want to let go. Even though today we don't see each other that much, or don't even talk that often, she is always someone I can call and talk like we have been talking every day, she is one of the truest friends a person can have. Jackie, if you are reading this, I love you soooo very much and so glad you are my BEST FRIEND and you always will be no matter how far we are from each other. I simply LOVE YA!!!!
So, with that said, I made this sweet little card for her with My Favorite Things stamps. How appropriate is that??? My Favorite Things stamps for My Favorite Friend....LOL....
I used the very adorable Jolinne Sitting Pretty set and the gorgeous Doily die, which is out of stock at the moment, but it's my favorite for sure, so if you like it, you better stalk the MFT store, as when it shows it always flies out the door...so hurry up! I couldn't resist and picked up a few things, mainly dies, as I have been wanting a few for a while now, so this was the best time to get them.
The papers are My Minds Eye Fine and Dandy collection, which is simply adorable!
Anyway, hope you enjoyed my little card and I am looking forward to seeing my sweet friend for a catchup meeting to celebrate HER!
