H{ippity} Hop Monday

Happy Monday to you all....hope your weekend is starting off nicely, but then again, how would it not, after all, we get to see amazing ippity eye candies!  I for one had a busy weekend creating cards for something exciting that I will get to announce this week (at least I think it's this week), but for now mum is the word..hehehe.  All I can say is that am VERY VERY EXCITED about it!!!

Anyway, today, I have a sweet, sweet card to showcase for you!  It's one colorful card, as our challenge this week was by Maria and she picked a fabulous inspirational photo for it with gorgeous flowers on it and I just had to use my favorite Now and Always flowers and I used a sentiment from The Simple Things set and the label stamp from the Season of Joy.  I know those two labels in that set will be inked up a LOT of times...that is the least to say...hehehe...I just love them sooo much!  I created my flowers by stamping them several times on different papers and cutting out different sections and layer them.  I just love the way they turned out.  A pretty stamp can turn into such a 3D creation..just love that!

To create the pleated ribbon I used my favorite quick drying glue, the Helmar 450.  If you don't have that glue and do like to create projects that need quick drying, like the pleating, or flowers or anything like that, I highly recommend getting it!
