Thankful card - Our Craft Lounge

Hope you are having a lovely weekend.  I had a really great day yesterday spent with friends scrapping.  I actually made 3.5 cards...hehehe...and colored in a few sweet images and gabbed a LOT!!!  Do you ever go to crops with friends and instead of scrapping you just talk and talk??  Ohhh and shop of course.  Let me tell you what I found at Scrapbook Oasis!!!!  OMG!  I was in heaven!!!  First of all, I was doing the happy dance when I found out on their blog Friday that they got the new Pink Paislee line in...yaaaaaaaa...I was hoping they would by Saturday and they did!!  Hooray for that!  So my friends and I picked up the little pads of 365 degrees and the Queen Bee Collection and shared them, but we also picked up a few sheets of the 12x12 size papers...I feel some scrapping coming on.  We also picked up the matching little Flip Notes journaling pads...those are sooo sweet!  I didn't get the diecut stickers, I had it in my hand, but I don't use them enough to justify the purchase, so I put it back.  I think the little Flip Notes will be perfectly enough, plus I will be using stamps to go with these yummy goodies anyway.  Oh, and at last, I just had to pick up the amazing Artisan Elements Swirls...first of all it's gorgeous, second of all, there were lots of beautiful pieces to justify the $5 price and I love the fact that you can paint them, mist them, pretty much alter them anyway you want them.

So, while I was loving Pink Paislee, I have also been keeping an eye on Margie's new line called The Girls Paperie.  I absolutely fell in love with everything she made at CHA and have been really looking forward to picking it up. IIn hindsight, I wish I picked up two sheets of each, as I started playing with it already and now I want more, but it sold out so quickly while I was there.  Scrapbook Oasis only had the papers, buttons and stamps, so I picked up the papers and buttons...and while I would have LOVED to have the stamps to go with that line, I didn't get it, as I already went over my budget for the day...hehehe. So, if you haven't seen this line yet, it's soooo feminine and if you know my work, you know that is what I am about.  I worked with those papers all day yesterday.  I will share a card on Tuesday with them, it's really, really so sweet.

But today, I have another pretty card to share, and that one is using Our Craft Lounge stamps, which I picked up at Scrap-mart.  Again, I love flowers, so this was a must have for me.  It's really a gorgeous set!  And if you click on the link, it takes you to the stamp direct on Scrap-mart, which comes with a bonus.  I love bonuses, so I got that one.  It came with two of their Sparkly Fluff, which is the coolest thing ever!  I have to make a card with them to show you, but it's so cool and really inexpensive, but you get two of them free with this set, so it's worth to try!  Anyway, I made this card using My Minds Eye papers, which I love and the sketch actually came from Our Craft Lounge blog.  They have weekly challenges, so check them out.  Anyway, here is my card I made.

I sure talked a lot today...but I wanted to share about some goodies that I fell in love with, you never know you might want some, too.  Tomorrow I will be back with out Ippity Hop card, and that one is is a fun one for sure.

Have a wonderful Sunday,
Hugs,
Eva
