A few cards for VSN at Splicoaststampers

Last night was a lot of fun.  WOW, what a whirlwind of an event!  At Splitcoaststampers they are have a Virtual Stamp Night event with full of fun challenges, but here is the kicker!!!  You have to finish each in 45 minutes...yikes!!!!!!!!!!  I am so not a 45 minute kind of card maker gal, but sure tried my best and I am proud to say that these three cards were created under that time.  Phew...I felt like I was running a marathon of some kind.  They had 5 challenges, but I only completed 3, but hey, that's not bad, right????

Ok, so here are my cards.  I thought I would share them, see if you would like to come along and play, too.  It's going on today again from 12 PM to 10PM EST!

This card was inspired by the Olympic sweater

This challenge was to make a marble background, or create with alcohol ink, which is how I made my background.  I love how it looks like clouds..hmmm...I might be using this on a few future cards.

And this challenge was Snow Blind, where we had to create an all white card, I love making those and I think this turned out pretty nice.

I finally got to make those fun paper flowers and they were so easy!  I think you will see more of those from me.  The problem is that you really can't put the card in an envelope and that is a shame for sure, as I know some people would love to receive that type of flower on a card.

Anyway, I am excited about today's challenges, can't wait to see what they will be and see if I can keep up!

Have a fabulous Saturday!!!
