Cards and a layout to share

If you are here for the Urban Anthology Birthday Blog Hop, please see my earlier post HERE!!!!

Well, I sure was busy today (or yesterday, depending on when you are reading this post...hehehe). For some reason I was really inspired to create, so I will share them with you.

My first one is a layout I created for Urban Anthology with their June kit. I took this really awesome picture of Michael a few weeks ago, as we walked around my favorite lake and he sat down in a really pretty spot, and I was just snapping away. The word that came to me, when I saw this picture was PEACE. Wouldn't that be nice to have that everywhere? Well, at least we try to have it in our life as much as possible.

Anyway, for this layout I used a Becky Fleck sketch from Pagemaps, as I have loved this sketch for quite some time and had it tucked away for a special layout.

Everything you see on this layout is from the Urban Anthology June kit, plus AC Thickers and the Unity June KOM, which I just received today, just on time...

My second project is a card I created with this week's 2Sketches4you sketch. And I also wanted to wish much luck to the wonderfully talented Top 10 ladies....I am so cheering you guys and loving the major eye candy! I was very honored to make it to the Top 20 and I had fun. I love the new Top 10 sketch as well, and I know I will make something with that eventually, too. Anyway, here is my card using this week's sketch.

For this card I used the new Making Memories Vintage line papers and my brand new Unity Stamps June KOM. I used Ranger Distress Inks to stamp my image and love the way it turned out. Hope you do, too.

And my final card I made was using this week's CardPattern's sketch. I have never participated in their challenges, but I loved their sketch and again, I felt like making cards, so I reached out for it.

For this card I used Basic Grey's Lemonade little paper pad I won a couple of weeks ago. I also used my Silhouette to cut the scallop rectangle shape and the white flower you see is a Twiddleybitz I embossed with with embossing powder. I really, really love the way this card turned out! And the sentiment is a stamp by The Paper Company. I have to say, I really love their sentiment set and their birds...too cute!!!

Well, that is all I have to share with you, but was I busy, or what?? I had so much fun coming up with all these pretties. Hope you like them and they inspire you somehow.

Have a lovely weekend!
Hugs,
Eva
