Cuttlebug Be Inspired Challenge #20 - Valerie Salmon Sketch

At the Cuttlebug Challenge Blogspot this month we are proud to have Valerie Salmon of Got Sketch? as our Guest Designer. We all know, how talented she is and how much we enjoy her column in Scrapbook etc. magazine every month. We have all seen the little flyers at JoAnn's Fabric stores from Fiskars featuring Valerie's gorgeous layouts and in other places as well. She is a true inspiration to a lot of scrappers.

And my interpretation with it.

Supplies used for this card:
Cuttlebug: Border Frills, Swiss Dots and Floral Fantasy
Cardstock: Coordinations and The Paper Company
Patterned Paper: Basic Grey Porcelain
Punches: Fiskars and Martha Stewart
Ink: Colorbox and Ranger Ink, Alcohol Ink (used on the acetate butterfly)
Stamp: Stampin Up
Ribbon: May Arts
Half Pearls: Michaels
Sewing thread from my own stash
Twinkling H2o

So, if you haven't arrived from the Cuttlebug Challenge blog, please head on over to check out what the other design team members created with this gorgeous sketch. Play along with us, as you might just win 1 free membership to Valerie's Got Sketch? blog. What an awesome prize is that!!!

Thanks for stopping by and hope you liked my card. Can't wait to see yours!
Hugs,
Eva

Update: The birdcage is not a stamp, it's actually handcut from the Basic Grey Porcelain Windermere paper. Isn't it pretty???
