I found out about the Cards4Kids cause through one of my blog hopping escapades. It totally caught my eye, as I am trying to focus on giving back. And how easy it is to give back, while doing what you love? In my case I love making cards, so I thought this is perfect! I find Pat's cause to be so worthy and sweet, as these cards are going to children, who are in hospital, so why not cheer them up a little with a little Valentine's day card. Please take a look at the link above, as it explains more and there is still time left, if you can, make a few cards and send them her way.
I only made 4 Valentine's day cards, but I hope they will be well received. I am going to make other type of cards as well, but for now, I really want to send these off, so she gets them in time. So here are my card made with the new Fancy Pants papers line called Splendid....
Aren't they just cute? When I found this line this week at Scrapbook Oasis, my favorite scrapbook store, I knew I had to have them to make these cards, they were just perfect!!!
Today I also made a few more white cards using multiple Cuttlebug embossing folders on one sheet. I am going to CHA tomorrow and will be meeting with some ladies that I made friends with on message boards or in the blog world and I wanted to give them something little to remember me by, so here are a couple of cards I made.
Well, that is all for today, I think I showed you plenty this time....hehehe.... Needless to say I am so excited about attending CHA! I will be there tomorrow all day and Monday and Tuesday in the afternoons, so I will take plenty of pictures and will post some here for you.
