Cuttlebug Challenge and Happy New Year

Today is a new challenge on the Cuttlebug Challenge blog. This week's challenge is to use your embossing folders and distress the embossed image by sanding. As soon as I found out about this, I had to run out and buy some of the lovely Coredinations papers as they have a different color in their core than what the top layer shows, so it is PERFECT for sanding. I made this card for my sweet friend, Jackie's Birthday and she loved it, so I was happy! Here is my card for your viewing.
Supplies I used to make this card:
Cuttlebug folders: Floral Fantasy and Just my Type borders
Cardstock: Coredinations
Patterned Paper: Dreamstreet and Collage Press diecut tag
Punch: Fiskars border punch
Rubberstamp: Stampin Up
Embellishment: Making Memories glitter butterfly sticker, Kaisercraft pearls

I hope like my card and it inspires you to create something pretty with your Bug. Make sure you check out the other lady's cards as they are amazing again this week!

Wishing you and your family a very Happy, Blessed and Prosperous New Year!
