New Tinkering Ink stamps have arrived!!!

Some of you know I won a blog give away a few weeks ago on the Tinkering Ink Blog. It was all thanks to my friend, Ching. I finally received my long awaited stamps a few days ago and since I had some time, I wanted to make a card with them. On this card I am actually using TI background paper, too. I though it would be appropriate....hehehe. I am also using my newest Fiskars border punch that I was able to get as the deal of a life time at Big Lots on Monday for a whole $3.50. Can you believe it? I almost did the happy dance. I bought two punches this week. One was the long wished for Martha border punch I just used on my previous card and one is this one.

Today a few of my friends and I were e-mailing back and forth about the Cuttlebug embossing folders as I love mine and they are just getting into them now, so I though it would be great to use one of them on this card. I just ordered 3 new ones, that I can't wait to get and play with along with the new BG Eva 6x6 pad. Yummmm....I see a lot of cards made with those in the near future and who knows, maybe even a few layouts.

Oh, and the shaped piece I actually hand drew and cut out once I Cuttlebugged (is there such a word? if not, I just made it up..hehehe) my paper. I know SU is coming out with a die and also Spellbinders with nesting ones (oh, that one I love, love, love), but I don't have them yet, so I thought I would make my own. Who knows...I might not even need to buy them as I can draw templates myself.

Anyway, here is my card and hope you like it.

Well, I won't be posting anymore today, however I will be making more cards over the weekend with this new set and some other kinds.

Everyone, have a fabulous evening! I am going to pick up Michael tonight. I missed him. He was only gone two days, but I missed him still, so I will be so happy to see him again.

Till later....

Eva
